Choose one creature. Its bones and armor become dangerously fragile. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw or become brittle. While brittle, it takes an additional 1d8 damage from all melee weapon attacks. At the start of each of its turns, it may attempt another Constitution save to end the effect.
At higher levels: Add +1d8 damage per rune beyond 2. For each rune beyond 2, the target's AC is also reduced by 1 while they remain brittle (minimum AC 10).
