You create a collapsing field of entropy around a creature. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or suffer the following for 1 minute:

All healing received is halved.
Spells they cast take an additional action to complete.
Any attempt to teleport fails unless the target succeeds a Charisma saving throw.

At the end of each of its turns, the target can repeat the Constitution saving throw, ending the effect on a success.
