Description.

A vial of finely ground, silky green powder with a slightly painful touch evokes an unsettling but fey- or alchemist-themed poison.

As an action, you ingest a portion and then exhale it in a 15-foot cone. You take 1d4 poison damage and creatures in the cone take 2d8 poison damage on a failed DC 12 Dexterity save or half as much on a success.
