Heaven’s Piercing Shot

“From a thousand feet away, the wind fell silent. The world held its breath. Then the arrow flew.”
As an action, Tomoe selects any creature she sees or saw on the previous round within 1000 feet and, focusing for a split second to deliver a perfect, mythic shot. She must be stationary for that round.
The arrow ignores all cover, including full cover, magical barriers, and effects like Wall of Force or Sanctuary. The target cannot benefit from reactions or resistances against this attack. Tomoe makes a ranged attack roll with advantage. On a hit, the target takes 18d8+20 piercing damage if it is farther than 100 feet, otherwise it only takes 8d8+10 piercing damage. The target then must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.
If reduced to 0 HP by this attack, the target is disintegrated, leaving only dust and gear behind.

2/day: Conjure Volley (with 500 feet range)

3/day: Hail of Thorns (3rd level)


Windglider Throne

Tomoe cannot walk, but she hovers 1–2 feet above ground in her magical chair. She can control it mentally and move silently through the air. Immune to difficult terrain. Advantage on Stealth checks made in natural environments.  

Legendary Marksman

Tomoe gains +4 to hit with bows and her arrows ignore the effects of cover (except full cover), and she does not suffer disadvantage from long-range shots. She can shoot up to 1000 ft. with no penalty.  

Heavy Shots

When Tomoe hits a creature with Vaarnaar Eisliesen Rid, if the attack exceeded the target’s AC by 5 or more, the arrow bursts through them with overwhelming force, the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be pushed 10 feet back and knocked prone.

Tomoe spends a full action aiming, without moving. On her next turn as an action, she may fire one shot with advantage that Deals 12d8 + 20 piercing damage and reducing the target's speed by 10 feet untill the end of its next turn, as it strikes a vital spot on the target.

Legendary Actions

Tomoe can take 1 legendary action at the end of another creature’s turn.

Deadeye Scan. She automatically spots hidden or invisible creatures within 200 ft. untill the end of her next turn.
Relocate. Move up to 20 feet with Windglider Throne without provoking opportunity attacks.
Quickshot. Make one attack with her bow.
