Choose one creature you can see within range. Yellow strips of magical energy shoot out of the ground and loop around the creature. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw, or its flying speed (if any) is reduced to 0 feet for the spell’s duration. An airborne creature affected by this spell is pulled downwards 60 feet per round until it reaches the ground or the spell ends.

If the target reaches the ground before the spell ends, the target is restrained by the magical strips of energy around it. A target on the ground can make a Strength saving throw at the beginning of each of its turns, ending the restrained condition on a success. The target cannot regain its flying speed if the spell is still active.
