Requirements limited telepathy

Description When you use limited telepathy to communicate with another creature, you act as a conduit for their thoughts, allowing them to respond to you for a few scant moments—if they wish. The creature can give you a brief response as a reaction, or as a free action at the beginning of their next turn as long as they remain within range of your telepathy.
