Description You have trained in the ceremonial art of combat mounted upon a manta and can apply your experience to other forms of mobile combat. Reduce the penalty when attacking from a vehicle that has moved within the last round to 0 (or –2 if the vehicle is uncontrolled or any action in the last round had the reckless trait). You don’t take a penalty to Reflex saves while mounted.
