Description You offer an ally advice and encouragement, granting them the inspiration they need to push themselves further in the face of a challenge. During a combat encounter, select an ally within 60 feet. That ally gains a +2 circumstance bonus to their skill checks until the beginning of your next turn. That ally then becomes temporarily immune to your Skillful Encouragement for 1 hour. If you said this advice verbally, Skillful Encouragement gains the auditory trait. If you signed this advice, Skillful Encouragement gains the visual trait.
