This herb is grown in the agricultural villages of Malja, and provides a stimulating and intoxicating effect to all fur, feather, or scale-touched consumers. It has no effect on standard living or undead humanoid species (elf, human, dwarf, etc). All CHA and Initiative checks are +2 for 1 hour. If you use Whisker of the Kitten for more than three days straight, your WIS checks are at a -2 until you take a break for a day.
