General Summary

The Neogi Escort

The party successfully returned to the Neogi under the guidance of Breeze after a dragon had swooped away Arthel's corpse. On the way, they found the remains of a battle which included human and yuan-ti corpses. As they went on they found that the Neogi were staying in a cavern that was formerly inhabited by another colony Neogi. They found that these Neogi were wiped out by the Kruthik. They fought off some of these before escaping the tunnels. Together with the Neogi, they travelled on Sandsailors to the west. On their way they were ambushed by a group of gnolls and allies, all 3 sand-sailors ended up crashing but they were ultimately victorious.

Ninnip's Treachery

Back at Umlarn, Asari and Larry escorted the Neogi through the tunnel below the temple, the rest dragged on of the sand-sailor with them through the slum district. Here they were surrounded by members of the Thieves' Guild who demanded they speak with their leader. Ninnip agreed to see this leader as the other went on with the Sand-sailor. Meeting with this leader, a Yuan-ti named Suisital, Ninnip ended up telling him where the prince is hiding and even agreed to help Suisital regain the prince. Back at the tower, Oets and Jade had successfully brought the Sand-sailor there. And Ninnip went in and onwards to the prince, Oets and Jade were sparked by her curious behaviour and followed. On the third floor, they witness in horror as a snake Ninnip got from Suisital bit the prince causing him to lose consciousness. Then the snake transformed into a naked pure-blood female Yuan-ti, Jade threw Ropey the Strangling rope at her but she successfully avoided to be strangled, she proceeded to transform the prince into an equally tiny snake, noteworthy his clothes didn't transform with him. She then transformed back and went into Ninnip's clothes once more. Jade spoke to Ninnip and end up see her reasoning and allied with her. Oets, however, was horrified at what he saw and ran away upset.
