{"name":"Tulip Mouse","description":"[p]Nothing is closer to the heart of a mouse than the comfort of home. Cheerful and hardworking, these mice live peacefully in agricultural communities, oftentimes forming large colonies when gathered together. Some mice form traveling bands and wander the expanse to discover new land.[\/p]\r\n[h2]Appearance[\/h2]\r\n[p]They are on the smaller side of most rodents, measuring from 2.5 inches to up to 5 inches in length from nose to tail. Their fur can be found in varying shades of brown, tan, grey, and red with patterns ranging from spotted to piebald to solid. Many colony mice create accessories and decorations to adorn themselves with, favouring bright colours and floral motifs.[\/p]\r\n[h2]Naming Conventions[\/h2]\r\n[p]Old-timey and nature themed names are common amongst the Tulip Mice, many Thrumples have Old-English or Germanic inspired names while Pipplins tend to name their young fancifully with song-like monikers, meanwhile the Skitterkin are more attuned with plant and flower names for their young.
