Their songs flow like water through battle, pulling allies into harmony while dragging enemies down into despair.","class_features":"Level 3 \u2014 Oceanic Performance\r\n\r\nYour music carries the power of the sea.\r\n\r\nChild of the Tides\r\n\r\nYou gain a swim speed equal to your walking speed, and you can breathe underwater.\r\n\r\nDrowning Inspiration\r\n\r\nWhen a creature uses one of your Bardic Inspiration dice to deal damage with a weapon attack or spell, the creature can deal extra Cold or Psychic damage equal to the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die.\r\n\r\nThe creature chooses the damage type when the die is rolled.\r\n\r\nLevel 6 \u2014 Song of the Depths\r\n\r\nYou can conjure ghostly currents that drag at your enemies.\r\n\r\nAs a Bonus Action, you can create a 10-foot-radius aura of spectral water currents centered on yourself that lasts for 1 minute or until you are incapacitated.\r\n\r\nEnemies in the aura treat the area as Difficult Terrain.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, when a hostile creature starts its turn in the aura, it must succeed on a Strength saving throw or have its speed reduced to 0 until the start of its next turn.\r\n\r\nSave DC:\r\n\r\n8 + your Charisma modifier + your Proficiency Bonus\r\n\r\nYou can use this feature a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus per Long Rest.\r\n\r\nLevel 10 \u2014 Voices Below\r\n\r\nYou can hear and answer the whispers of the drowned.\r\n\r\nYou gain the ability to communicate with aquatic creatures and spirits lost at sea.\r\n\r\nYou can cast the following spells without expending a spell slot:\r\n\r\nSpeak with Animals (aquatic creatures only)\r\n\r\nSpeak with Dead\r\n\r\nOnce you cast either spell with this feature, you must finish a Long Rest before casting it this way again.\r\n\r\nAdditionally, you gain Resistance to Cold damage.\r\n\r\nLevel 14 \u2014 Drowned Chorus\r\n\r\nYour magic is accompanied by a haunting echo of drowned voices.\r\n\r\nOnce on each of your turns, when you deal damage with a Bard spell, spectral voices erupt from the magic.\r\n\r\nChoose one creature you can see within 10 feet of the original target.
