When trying to set up bbcode anchor links in an article I followed the detailed guide linked in the general bbcode guide article. No matter what I did it would not work. Seeking advice from a friend she showed me her code and it was different from the tutorial but functioned.   The tutorial shows to use

and did function. In case the bbcode doesn't work right in bug reports the code shown in the tutorial uses url:#example in brackets where my friends uses url=#example the only difference being a = instead of a :

Attempt to use in article jumplinks the same way in the tutorial. I type BBCode manually.
