I have been creating the Pathfinder 1e statblocks for Feats and Spells missing from my cleric.
Over the past 36 hours before time of this bug report comment, I have created a total of 10 statblocks for Pathfinder 1e: 3 using the "Feat" template, the remaining 7 using the "Spell" template. I have shared all of these with the community.
I had some difficulty making the most recent one,
PFRPG Core
Eagle's Splendor
Subject gains +4 to Cha for 1 min./level.
Transmutation \ \
1-level
Save: Will negates (harmless)
SR: yes
Casting time: 1 standard action
Range: touch
Duration: 1 minute/level
Targets: creature touched
Componenent: V, S, M/DF (feathers or droppings from an eagle)
Description
The transmuted creature becomes more poised, articulate, and personally forceful. The spell grants a +4 enhancement bonus to Charisma, adding the usual benefits to Charisma-based skill checks and other uses of the Charisma modifier.
Bards, paladins, and sorcerers (and other spellcasters who rely on Charisma) affected by this spell do not gain any additional bonus spells for the increased Charisma, but the save DCs for spells they cast while under this spell's effect do increase.
When I first made it, any time I clicked "Save", I would get 404. Finally I deleted the sheet. I closed my browser completely, reopened it, and started fresh trying to make that statblock. I succeeded this time (as you can see).
I also had a completely blank, unnamed statblock using the Pathfinder 1e Spell template on my curently active World, Elohey. I deleted that.
I moved on to create the next Spell in my list, which is https://aonprd.com/SpellDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Find%20Traps
- I used the left toolbar to access the menu "Statblocks".
- I clicked the green button with white letters that says "+ Blocks".
- I filled in the name "Find Traps", the template "Spell (Pathfinder 1e)", and the location on our world of the "Elohey Spells" folder.
These steps are all the same as I have done seven times previously, aside from using a different name for the statblock.
- It does not matter to which fields I add content, in what order, or the nature of the content. It does not matter if I fill everything out including the tags, or if the only change I make is to type the number "2" in the Level box.
- When I click "Save", the screen reloads to show me an empty Spell (Pathfinder 1e) template named "Find Traps".
- I have tried deleting that template and remaking.
- I have tried closing out my browser, going away from keyboard for five minutes, coming back and reopening browser so I can start over.
- I have checked that I am for sure logged in to World Anvil, and I can successfully load pages (such as Bug Tracker) that I have not looked at in more than two weeks.
I am using a fully up-to-date installation of Firefox on a fully up-to-date Windows 11.
I found this bug in the "Closed Bugs" directory, but I see that it's tagged "Open". I have used up all my puzzle-analyzing capacity on trying to make the statblock go, but I should have more early in the coming week. Should I create a new bug?
