    Casper is vulnerable to the world. He's nervous, but he gives in to the
    excitement of the wastelands so eagerly.

    Personality Traits
    The best existence has to offer is the impossibility of civilization. Cooperation and love for
    each other are the building blocks of happiness, that's what he believes anyways.
    There's nothing better to fully understand this than to see all aspects of community in the mortal realm.

    Ideals
    Casper's last name, Pionjar, carries weight for those involved in the fight against Kusmil.
    Inspired by the works of Hildegard Pionjar and the former Oskar Fontaine, the name has been
    synonymous with the pro-commonwealth effort. Rather Casper will grow to align with
    them, however, will remain to be seen.

    Bonds
    Casper has lived his life largely unchallenged, allowing his core beliefs to only compound
    throughout the years. However, values unchallenged exist without defense. The
    wastelands of Vosnus do nothing but challenge the souls of all who walk it.
    Will the young elf be able to keep the person he wants to be? Or will he grow to hate
    what he so eagerly escaped to?
