Rock-Stepper Sheep in Pathfinder 2e

Rock-Stepper Sheep - Animal 0
COMMONNMEDIUMANIMALUNGULATE

Small domestic herds of these hardy creatures can be found in rural areas all around Suranth and Raechin. The domestic breeds coats grow forever, having been specifically selected for that purpose, so shearing them once a year can produce a fine haul of wool. They can also be used for meat, milk, and cheeses to enrich the northerner diet, as well as some males being used as labor animals. In the wild they are a bit more ornery and are a dominate herbivore admist the mountain ranges, able to capitalize and feed on the hardest to reach plants due to their unique climbing capabilities, high jumping ability, and strong natural balance.

Special Abilities Armored Hide (4): +4 Natural Armor to Armor Score.   Environmental Familiarity (Highlands): This creature is naturally very comfortable amongst the cliffs, crags and rocky terrain of mountains and highlands, and never has any challenge with that terrain in its natural form. It cannot suffer any movement penalties from any natural effects of terrain within forests or woodland, so long as it stays on land.   Lowlight Vision: 30 feet   Ramming Charge: The Ram strides twice, so may cover up to twice its movement speed, in a straight line, and then makes a horn attack with a +2 boost to the attack and damage rolls.   Rock-Stepping: The name sake of these creatures, they ignore difficult terrain even caused by narrow ledges and tight edges along cliffs or mountain paths, as well as from slopes that are not sheer drops. Beyond this, they also have +4 to any Athletics test being made to navigate cliffs, like leaping between ledges or keeping balance, or leaping gaps between edges.   Scent: 30 feet, +2 to perception checks if sense of smell can apply.

Advancement/Alteration Options:

Cold Adaptation: Some Rock-Stepper Sheep that live admist the higher altitudes of northern mountain ranges have developed an innate resistance to cold weather, and they lower the effects of such weather upon themselves by 1 step.   Note: This animal can be a mount if your small enough, or an animal companion.
