A desiccated corpse hovers in the center of the room dressed in rich purple robes. You can faintly see the red glow of it's eyes. On its head it seems to wear a crown that has fused into its head.

Rejuvenation. If it has a phylactery, a destroyed lich gains a new body in 1d10 days, regaining all its hit points and becoming active again. The new body appears within 5 feet of the phylactery.
Spellcasting. The lich is an 18th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 22, +14 to hit with spell attacks). The lich has the following wizard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): mage hand, prestidigitation
1st level (5 slots): detect magic, magnify gravity, chromatic orb
2nd level (4 slots): scorching ray, detect thoughts, invisibility, mirror image
3rd level (4 slots): animate dead, dispel magic, fireball (as 7th level)
4th level (4 slots): blight, dimension door
5th level (4 slots): cloudkill (as 7th level), cone of cold (as 7th level)
6th level (3 slot): circle of death, eyebite, Fizbans platinum shield
7th level (2 slot): finger of death, plane shift
8th level (2 slot): Abi Dalzims horrid wilting, power word stun, antimagic field
9th level (2 slot): time stop, time ravage
Paralyzing Touch. Melee Spell Attack: 1d20+12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 3d6 cold damage. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. Ray of Frost. 1d20+12 , on hit 4d6 Cold damage, lose 10ft of movement.
Shield. Get +5 to AC until the start of the Lichs next turn. 4/Counterspell. Spells 3rd level or lower are automatically cancelled. 4th level and up must succeed a DC10 + Spell level using their spellcasting modifier
