This gauntlet is dark in color, spiked and terrifying. It is made from dark steel with heavy spiked knuckles made from bone shards from the demigod Tonitrus covered in cold iron.
You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. The weapon gains the benefits from being made from cold iron.
While not wielding a weapon in two hands or using a shield, you gain a +2 bonus to AC.
The gauntlet has 5 charges for the following properties. It regains all expended charges daily at dusk. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 20, you regain 2 charges, and on a 1, you don’t regain charges until the second dusk.
Once per turn when you hit a creature with your Dark Strike feature, you can expend one charge to do use one of the following abilities:
Bombardment. You can immediately make one attack against the creature with The Black Hand.
Damnation. Choose one creature within 30 feet of you, that creature takes an amount of damage equal to half the damage dealt by your Dark Strike.
Wrath of the Thunderlord. When you hit a creature with The Black Hand, you can choose to deal an additional 3d8 thunder damage. A creature made of inorganic material such as stone, crystal or metal takes double damage from this attack. This attack also deals double damage to structures. Once you have used this feature, you can’t use it again until you have finished a long rest.
